Steve Quisenberry

Steve has more than 25 years of power generation experience spanning military and commercial aerospace turbines, industrial gas turbines, wind generation and ancillary services providers. Steve is an experienced international organizational leader, accomplished in leading global sales, business development and operations. Steve brings an entrepreneurial focus and drive with the business acumen of large OEM understanding.

Matt Held

Matt has a 30-year career in power generation and development of related transmission interconnections and network upgrades. He founded Bootstrap Energy in 2014 to pursue opportunities in ERCOT and the rapid transition to a renewables-dominant system. Matt leads overall development vision for generation, transmission resilience and energy storage projects including legal, government, regulatory and public engagement. He has developed over 5GW of gas-to-power and renewable energy projects throughout Texas.

Ro Shirole

Ro's professional roots stem from over 25 years in the Tech Sector. His specialty areas include Business Turnarounds, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Business Management, Operational Efficiency, and Strategic Growth Opportunities. With his vast experience across multiple industries, Ro brings a unique combination of business skills to assist and lead an organization to form a foundation for long term success.

Since 2018, Ro has been instrumental in the growth of Bitcoin mining services at two of the world's largest mining service providers. While laser focused on client success, he developed and lead teams to triple digit growth in both organizations, despite challenging market conditions. Ro has continued his leadership in the space with multiple speaking engagements and involvement in some of the highest level think-tanks in the industry.
