Saxet Energy Park

115-Acre, Multi-Purpose High-Energy Trading Ecosystem

The backbone of the Energy Park development master plan is the energy infrastructure. The complex is crossed by three 138kV overhead lines with a combined capacity exceeding 1,000 MVA. These circuits will be corralled into an expanded switching station being built by our transmission service provider AEP Texas, increasing facility reliability.

The property is also crossed by various pipelines including city water supply pipelines.

Saxet Energy Park has the potential to be a self-contained energy trading hub. The Energy Park will include multiple projects, each brings its own energy profile and business model diversification.
